By accessing our website, purchasing our products, subscribing to our milk delivery service, or submitting the Gau Amrit Subscription / Trial Form, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm

1. About Us

Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm is dedicated to providing 100% pure A2 dairy products from Indian indigenous cows, raised with ethical and natural farming practices, wood pressed oils, natural sweeteners and farm staples.

Our products may include:

  • Gau Amrit – Premium A2 Gir Cow Milk

  • A2 Desi Cow Ghee

  • Bilona Ghee

  • Farm Fresh Dairy Products

  • Other natural dairy-based products

  • Wood Pressed Oils (Black and Yellow Mustard, Groundnut, White and Black Sesame, Coconut, Almond etc.
  • Desi Gud, Khaand, Shakkar etc.
  • Home grown rice and wheat.

All products are sourced directly from our farm and handled under strict hygiene and quality standards.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, subscribing to our milk delivery service, or submitting any Forms or details, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.


3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability listed on our website are accurate. However:

  • Product availability may change due to natural farm production cycles.

  • Images displayed on the website are for representation purposes.

  • As our products are natural farm products, minor variations in color, taste, and texture may occur.


4. Gau Amrit Milk Subscription & Trial Service

Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm offers subscription-based delivery of Gau Amrit – Premium A2 Gir Cow Milk, along with trial subscriptions where applicable.

By submitting the subscription or trial form, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the terms below.


5. Delivery & Packaging

  • Gau Amrit – milk is delivered fresh every morning.

  • Milk is hygienically packed in reusable glass bottles to maintain purity and sustainability.

  • Customers are advised to empty the milk within one hour of delivery for best quality and freshness.

  • Delivery timings may vary depending on route, weather, and operational circumstances.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or provide instructions for safe drop-off.


6. Billing & Payments

For monthly subscriptions:

  • The invoice will be generated on the 1st day of each month.

  • The invoice will be shared via WhatsApp or registered email.

  • As this is a subscription-based service, all payments must be made in advance.

  • Each invoice includes a clearly mentioned payment due date.

Customers are requested to complete payment on or before the due date to ensure uninterrupted delivery.


7. Pricing & Discounts

  • Discounted subscription pricing is applicable only if payment is received on or before the invoice due date.

  • Payments received after the due date will be charged at the MRP mentioned on the invoice, and any subscription discounts may no longer apply.


8. Delivery Skips & Pauses

Customers may request temporary delivery pauses subject to the following conditions:

  • Delivery may be skipped up to two times per month.

  • The total number of skipped days cannot exceed five (5) days in a month.

  • Skip requests must be communicated via WhatsApp by or before 6:00 PM on the day prior to delivery.

Requests made after the deadline may not be accommodated.


9. Bottle Return & Care

To support sustainable packaging practices:

  • Empty glass bottles must be rinsed and returned along with their caps to the delivery personnel the following day.

  • Bottles remain the property of Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm.

  • In case of loss or damage caused by the customer, a replacement charge of ₹90 per bottle will apply.


10. Contact & Access Information

Customers are requested to provide:

  • A valid primary contact number

  • An alternate contact number, where possible

This ensures smooth communication in case of delivery access issues or operational updates.


11. Mode of Payment

Payments can be made through:

  • UPI applications

  • Bank transfer

A payment QR code may also be shared with customers for convenience.


12. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, refunds and cancellations are limited.

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch or delivery.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The product delivered is damaged

  • The product is spoiled at the time of delivery

  • An incorrect item is delivered

Customers must report such issues within 2 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs.

Refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm.


13. Storage Responsibility

Customers must refrigerate or boil the milk immediately after delivery.

Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm is not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed refrigeration or improper storage.


14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Text

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product descriptions

is the intellectual property of Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior permission.


15. Privacy

We respect customer privacy. Personal information collected from customers will only be used for:

  • Order processing

  • Delivery coordination

  • Customer communication

We do not sell or distribute personal data to third parties except where required for service fulfillment.


16. Changes to Terms

Swarn Kapila Organic Dairy Farm reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Customers will be notified of significant changes where applicable.


17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts [i.e Rohini District Court].
